ADM Aspida Hyperbaric Chamber CO2 & O2 Monitor

In 2000, IMCA released a reference document D 023 ‘Design for Surface Orientated (Air) Diving Systems’. Within the document, there was a recommendation for an oxygen (O₂) monitor.  In response to the requirement, Analox designed the ADM Aspida.

Part of the Aspida family and manufactured in a small and rugged portable case, the ADM Aspida it is a cost-effective oxygen (O₂) and carbon dioxide (CO₂) monitor. It is operator maintained to ensure there is minimal downtime and enable reduced running & maintenance costs.

The ADM Aspida is available with sensors to monitor O₂ only, CO₂ only or dual gas. With a high IP rating, easy calibration functions and data logging, the ADM Aspida, a hyperbaric chamber monitor, offers an amazingly affordable price point for a great specification in the commercial diving industry.

You’ve probably got lots of questions?

  • Analox recommends that 6 mm outer diameter and 4 mm inner diameter PVC tubing should be used with this product.

    The gas inlet at the rear of the SDA flow meter panel is the lower of the two gas ports. The gas outlet from the rear of the SDA flow meter panel is the upper of the two gas ports.

    Connection of the ADM Aspida should be made from the SDA flow meter panel gas outlet port, through the hole to the left of the ADM Display and then connected to the flow adaptor (which is fitted to the front of the ADM Aspida).

  • The Oxygen sensor in my ADM Aspida is depleted, I have purchased a replacement however I am unsure of the cell replacement procedure. This is understandable as the procedure is a little fiddly. The best way to explain this is by video:
