PVL Underwater Gas Cutting Torch is specially developed for cost-efficient and fast underwater cutting, without constantly changing parts. With the PVL Cutting Torch, the diver is able to cut 20 to 24 meters per hour.
Because the PVL Cutting Torch uses Gas in combination with a specially developed cutting bracket, you can burn up to 1000 meters before the cutting bracket needs to be replaced. Investing in a sustainable PVL Cutting Torch can lead to significant cost savings for your company.
The Underwater Cutting Torch uses Oxygen and Gas as a cutting medium (See table below). It has a three-hose system, which uses one hose for the Gas, one for the Oxygen and one for the cutting Oxygen.
The PVL Cutting torches are delivered in a hard case including the unique in water igniting device.
There are two types of Cutting Torches available:
Model 1 with a 55° cutting head
Model 2 with a 90° cutting head
Your choice of model depends on the diver’s preferences.
The SDA Temperature and Humidity can help monitor comfortable and safe levels of temperature and humidity in diving chambers and dive systems.
The SDA Temperature and Humidity monitor provides a full-colour display of both temperature and humidity.
The alarm set points can be adjusted using the front panel user interface and the SDA Temperature and Humidity provides audio/visual alarms, optional data-logging and 4-20mA/relay outputs (for 1 reading). The monitor interfaces with a state of the art dual temperature and humidity probe.
The SDA Temperature and Humidity replaces the now obsolete Analox 4000 (Temperature) and Analox 7000 (Humidity).
Maintaining a comfortable temperature in a diving chamber or dive system is vital for the comfort and well-being of the divers and is required by classification bodies and industry guidelines. Relatively small changes in temperature can prove to be dangerous due to the thermal conductivity of helium.
Humidity levels also need to be maintained for the comfort and well-being of the divers. If the humidity level is too high this can encourage microbial growth which can cause health issues in the chamber.
The SDA Temperature and Humidity monitor can be located in sat/dive control or at the compressor. The probe is located either in the chamber or in the gas pipework:
Chamber Version
The probe is mounted inside the chamber is ideal for monitoring levels in a hyperbaric chamber, lifeboat or diving bell to help ensure a comfortable and safe living and working environment is maintained in line with industry guidelines.
Inline Version
The probe is mounted inside the gas pipework, ideal for monitoring the breathing gas supply temperature and humidity in line with classification requirements such as the ABS rules for building and classing underwater vehicles, systems and hyperbaric facilities.
The gas monitor reads results from a state-of-the-art, long-life digital electrochemical sensor. These results are shown on a full colour display.
The SDA ROC is used on some of the world’s most advanced diving systems including a new build vessel for the BP Exploration Shah Deniz II project in the Caspian Sea.
To ensure diver safety it is essential to monitor and control the rate of change (ROC) of pressure to avoid hazardous rates of decompression. If the ROC is too high there is an increased risk of divers suffering the bends.
The monitor provides alarms that are based not on the depth level but on the rate at which the depth is changing.
The SDA ROC monitors the pressure of an occupied dive chamber and triggers an alarm if the rate of change is too high. It does this by sampling readings from a depth sensor and applying an algorithm to smooth the effects of any sudden changes. The SDA uses the readings to calculate the ROC value which it then compares against its pre-set alarm thresholds.
The SDA dual oxygen (O₂) monitor measures oxygen (O₂) readings in both partial pressure (mbar O2) and as percent volume (%O2).
The dual SDA O₂ is a panel/rack mountable oxygen monitor with audio/visual alarms which comprises of an SDA monitor and a MEC sensor module, including the oxygen (O₂) cell. It is designed to be highly modular and flexible so it can be easily integrated into custom atmospheric monitoring solutions.
The dual SDA display has the ability to display oxygen (O₂) readings in both partial pressure (mbar O₂) and as percent volume (%O₂). This will allow the end user to read the levels of oxygen (O₂) in either parameter without having to carry out any conversion calculations.
A pressure sensor is required for the SDA O₂ to enable the display to be presented in partial pressure (mbar O2), this must take a reading from the same location as the gas measurement.
Information is communicated via Ethernet to the SDA O₂ display to calculate a partial pressure readout.
The unit monitors the chamber’s internal atmosphere by the use of external sensors. The alarm set points and calibration can be achieved using the front panel user interface. The SDA O₂ provides audio/visual alarms, optional data-logging and 4-20mA/relay outputs.
The SDA ROC sensor is attached to a habitation chamber, hyperbaric lifeboat or diving bell. To comply with DNV Offshore Standard 402, a digital interface is used between the sensor and the SDA. The ROC alarm constants can be changed to suit different chamber sizes and configurations. Two alarm thresholds can be selected: meters/feet of sea water per minute or meters/feet of sea water per hour.
The monitor provides a full-colour display of the oxygen (O₂) reading taken from an electrochemical sensor. The alarm set points and calibration can be achieved using the front panel user interface. The SDA O₂ provides audio/visual alarms, optional data-logging and 4-20mA/relay outputs. The monitor interfaces with our state of the art digital MEC sensor.
The SDA O₂ oxygen monitor replaces the now obsolete Analox 1000 and is fully retrofittable as a direct replacement.
Maintaining a comfortable and safe chamber environment is vital to achieving a successful diving operation. The accuracies supplied by the SDA O2 are compliant with DNV, IMCA, Lloyds, ABS, and ADCi requirements/guidelines.
The SDA O₂ is normally located in sat/dive control and the sensors can be either located at the panel or inside the chamber or diving bell.
We offer an optional flow panel to go alongside the SDA O₂ which provides fine control after the sample has been reduced from the chamber. Both the SDA O₂ and the optional flow panel can be provided as either rack or panel mount.
The SDA Helium (He) monitor is part of a range of panel/rack mountable atmosphere detection monitors designed with commercial diving in mind.
The SDA He monitor provides a full-colour helium (He) reading. To achieve maximum accuracy, it must be used in conjunction with the SDA O2 with the networking option selected.
The alarm set points and calibration can be achieved using the front panel user interface. The SDA He provides audio/visual alarms, optional data-logging and 4-20mA/relay outputs.
Helium is an expensive and vital saturation diving commodity. Monitoring the purity of the heliox in the reclaim system is vital for safety and for operations to remain cost effective.
The SDA He is normally located in sat/dive control and can be supplied in rack or panel mount configurations. Alternatively the SDA He can be placed in the helium reclaim area.
The SDA Depth provides a full-colour display of depth and pressure to help ensure the safety of your divers. The SDA is a range of panel/rack mountable atmosphere monitors originally designed with commercial diving in mind. The monitor provides a full-color display of the depth/pressure reading.
The alarm set points and calibration can be achieved using the front panel user interface. The SDA Depth provides audio/visual alarms, optional data-logging and 4-20mA/relay outputs. The monitor interfaces with a pressure sensor provided by Analox or can be set up to interface with a third party sensor which provides a 4-20mA output.
The SDA Depth replaces the obsolete Analox 6000.
Monitoring the depth of diving chambers is vital to the whole operation. Depth readings are also used with the gas readings to calculate the partial pressures to ensure the safety of the divers.
The SDA Depth is normally located in sat/dive control and can be supplied in rack or panel mount configurations. The pressure sensor is mounted in the hyperbaric environment.
The SDA CO+ carbon monoxide (CO) monitor provides a full colour display of the carbon monoxide (CO) reading taken from an advanced electrochemical cell, as well as offering pinpoint accuracy.
The SDA CO+ carbon monoxide monitor (CO) can be located in sat/dive control or at the compressor.
The CO+ adheres to strict CO standards including NORSOK 4-100, EH74/2 and BS8478 and has data logging capabilities.
The SDA CO monitor provides a full colour display of a carbon monoxide (CO) reading and is fast and accurate – designed for commercial diving in mind.
The gas monitor reads results from a state-of-the-art, long-life digital electrochemical sensor. These results are shown on a full color display.
The alarm set points and calibration can be achieved using the front panel user interface. The SDA CO provides audio/visual alarms, optional data-logging and 4-20mA/relay outputs.
The SDA CO replaces the obsolete Analox 3000 and is fully retrofittable as a direct replacement.
Diving system classification societies and industry bodies such as IMCA require/suggest that carbon monoxide levels are maintained at very low levels in a dive system as carbon monoxide is highly toxic.
Carbon monoxide (CO) can enter the diving system through an air compressor or a gas transfer compressor. It could also be present in the delivered gas and is metabolized by the divers so is produced in the chamber during operations.
The SDA CO can be located in sat/dive control or at the compressor. Both the SDA CO and the optional flow panel can be provided as either rack or panel mount.
The accuracies supplied by the SDA Depth are compliant with DNV, IMCA, Lloyds, ABS, and ADCi requirements/guidelines.
The SDA carbon dioxide (CO₂) monitor provides a full-colour display and can be used alongside a digital sensor like the 5S Mk3 to maintain a comfortable and safe saturation diving chamber.

The 2+ is a simple, versatile thickness meter designed for “hands free” operation; the unit employs an end-mounted display and three distinct measuring modes to measure the wall thickness of a variety of metals of any level of corrosion and pitting. This meter can also be used on a wide range of engineering materials such as plastics/HDPE etc.
To compliment Cygnus' ultrasonic thickness gauges, Cygnus offers a range of ultrasonic transducers. The performance of any ultrasonic thickness gauge relies heavily on the transducer and its suitability to the material being measured. Therefore, selecting the right transducer is vital. All Cygnus’ transducers are made from stainless steel and have a hard wear face or a wear membrane to protect the transducer.

DIVATOR FULL FACE MASK; EXCLUDING BREATHING VLV; SILICONE BLACK; HATCH 96319-XX
Features:
The Divator breathing valve is one of the best-tested valves available, performing well even in extreme conditions such as mud, oil, and fast flowing cold currents.
The breathing valve maintains extremely low breathing resistance at all diving depths, even if variations occur in the secondary pressure, enhancing diver performance and endurance.
The optional Safety Pressure is turned on automatically when the user takes his first breath in the mask, reducing the risk of inward leakage of water (or air at surface) and is very important when diving in contaminated water.
The inhalation channel features a one-way valve that prevents water from penetrating into the valve mechanism, reducing the risk of freezing and sticking in the open position.
Low volume visor reduces positive buoyancy generated from air inside the mask, improving underwater stability.
The inner mask design minimizes "dead space," reducing the chances of re-inhalation of carbon dioxide.
Equipped with a purge button on the breathing valve, making it easy to drain water from the mask.
Retainers for spectacle inserts and is prepared for underwater communication, enhancing divers' communication capabilities.
The airflow design of the mask considerably reduces turbulence noise, improving communication clarity underwater.
Rubber head harness with five straps that can be tightened and locked using stainless steel buckles, providing a secure and adjustable fit.
Optional Hatch feature designed to give the diver ambient air while on stand-by or at surface level; select under *Options.
Available with Safety Pressure or with Normal Pressure Breathing Valve, select under *Options.

FAQ's
Why is the SJO cable on the RMG-4-FS only rated to 300 volts when the other RMG connectors are rated to 600 volts?
Amron had to use a SJO cable with a thinner walled jacket to allow the cable to be used with the commercial diving helmet penetrator and diving umbilical.
After I solder my RMG waterproof connector to my umbilical, how do I waterproof the connection?
Amron recommends using an 82-F1 inline splice kit to waterproof your RMG to umbilical connection. We chose this resin because it’s semi-flexible and extremely durable in the harsh underwater environment.
Amron International's new 350M BIBS mask is the perfect combination of performance, durability and comfort. The Amron 350M BIBS Mask was specifically designed and tested to meet the rigorous Norsok U-101:1999 breathing standard. Unlike other BIBS on the market today, Amron's 350M BIBS Mask is built to withstand the extreme conditions found in a saturation diving environment.
The Amron 350M BIBS Mask demand regulator is fully adjustable to allow for easy breathing from surface decompression all the way down to 350 meters pressurized depth. Diver's comfort was a major consideration so the 350M BIBS Mask comes standard with a comfortable oral nasal and a supportive head strap.
For chamber depths over 99 feet of seawater, a secondary vacuum regulator must be installed (see Tescom Regulator (Part Number: 26-2912-282A). A hull-stop valve should be an integral part of the hyperbaric system; used as a safety device to shut down the vacuum should a pressure loss occur. The vacuum regulator allows the exhaled gases to be carried to the outside of the chamber thereby eliminating oxygen buildup or contamination of the chamber environment
Features
Third party tested to Norsok U-101:1999.
Easy breathing (light inhalation and exhalation resistance, resulting in a low work of breathing).
Rugged regulator housing with stainless steel valve assemblies.
Tool-less removal of demand and exhaust valve assemblies for ease of maintenance and service.
Pneumatically balanced demand regulator with fine tune adjustment.

Hydraulics International 5G-SD-60 Booster Pump is a Single Action, Double Drive, Single Stage Booster Pump with 9,000 psi Max Outlet Pressure and 200 psi Min Inlet Pressure both based on 95 psi Drive.
An air (or gas) driven gas booster has a continuously reciprocating drive that includes a four-way air cycling valve and dual air pilot valves to provide the continuous reciprocation. Normally, start/stop control is accomplished by cutting off drive- or pilotair input. The drive section includes a four-way air cycling valve and dual air pilot valves to provide the continuous reciprocation. Normally, start/stop control is accomplished by cutting off drive- or pilotair input.
The Maximum Gas Section Pressures vary by model. The Maximum Drive Section Pressure is 150 PSI for all models.
GAS PURITY: Most gases used in industry and life support must be clean and dry. Otherwise, the end use is severely compromised. Gases needing purity include argon (Ar), carbon dioxide (CO2), helium (He), hydrogen (H2), neon (Ne), nitrogen (N2), nitrous oxide (N2O), oxygen (O2) and breathing air. If gas purity is needed, all devices used to transfer gas or increase gas pressure must be completely dry and free of any lubricants. Hydraulics International, Inc.’s (HII’s) air driven gas boosters satisfy this requirement. No hydrocarbon lubrication is needed in the gas sections because the high pressure pistons slide on inert PTFE dynamic seals. And because gas barrel temperature is controlled with the cold drive air exhaust, long seal life is ensured.
HIGH PRESSURE OUTLET: Most mechanically driven gas compressors can only handle 5,000- to 6,000-PSI requirements. Mechanically driven units that can handle over 6,000 PSI are rare and costly. If gas purity is required, most of these higher-PSI units need high-pressure and high-maintenance purifiers installed—to compensate for hydrocarbon carryover created by oil-lubricated pistons. Air driven gas boosters do not suffer from these shortcomings and are therefore better suited for higher-PSI applications. HII’s standard air driven models are hydrocarbon-free and available in 50- to 25,000-PSI capacities.
BOOST DIRECTLY FROM HIGH PRESSURE GAS CYLINDERS: A mechanical compressor cannot inhale common industrial gas cylinder pressure. The inlet pressure must be reduced, usually close to 0 PSI. This is a costly waste of energy. Air driven gas boosters have no such limitation, greatly enhancing the efficiency and simplicity of high pressure gas applications where the gas source is typically supplied from portable DOT cylinders.
Hydraulics International Air Driven Gas Booster is designed to boost gas directly from a cascade system, a gas generation system, a cryogenic system or a high pressure compressor to outlet pressures of 3,450 psi (238 bar). The unit ensures full fills even if the supply storage pressure drops as low as 300 psi (20 bar). The unit may be driven manually, by means of its integral hand pump assembly (optional); a low pressure conventional air compressor; or regulated high-pressure air storage supply (SCUBA, SCBA or NITROGEN bottles). There is a maximum of 150 psi (10 bar) air supply.
The high-pressure sections of the booster are cooled by the drive exhaust air and operate dry, non-lubricated. In the shop air drive mode, non-contaminated outlet gas is assured because of complete dual vented separation from the drive section.
This Air Driven Gas Booster is ideal for general aviation, municipal fire, rescue, recreational and technical divers, dive shops, yachts and rescue services.
Hydraulics International 5G-SS-75 Booster Pump is a Single Action, Single Drive, Single Stage Booster Pump with 7,000 psi Max Outlet Pressure and 500 psi Min Inlet Pressure both based on 95 psi Drive.
An air (or gas) driven gas booster has a continuously reciprocating drive piston section directly connected to one or two gas boosting sections. The drive section includes a four-way air cycling valve and dual air pilot valves to provide the continuous reciprocation. Normally, start/stop control is accomplished by cutting off drive- or pilotair input.

An air (or gas) driven gas booster has a continuously reciprocating drive piston section directly connected to one or two gas boosting sections.

This valve has been tested in accordance with procedures in Paragraph UG 131, Section V111 of the ASME Unified Pressure Vessel Code: ASME Certificate of Authorization, Number 4599. This valve is not certified for steam or liquid service and is intended for air service applications only.
IMPORTANT: The ASME requires that valves be set at a “pop point." The ASME refers to this as the set pressure. This point is higher than the traditional Circle Seal Controls definition of cracking pressure.
NOTE: After a prolonged period of storage with no system pressure, this relief valve will evidence an apparent high set pressure on first pop; therefore, in receiving inspection tests, true set pressure should be determined after first pop.
FOR YOUR SAFETY: It is solely the responsibility of the system designer and user to select products suitable for their specific application requirements and to ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance of these products. Material compatibility, product ratings, and application details should be considered in the selection. Improper selection or use of products described herein can cause personal injury or property damage.

The unique materials and cabled 'ropelike' construction combine to produce the most flexible, neutrally buoyant umbilicals available today. With no need to tape, much reduced repairs and longer life.
Unlike rubber or PVC compounds used in some commercial diving hoses, Fibron uses a particularly clean unfilled polymer containing no plasticizers or potentially harmful additives. This ensures breathing air gas quality is maintained under all conditions from -40°C to 60°C. Fibron diving umbilical hoses will not deteriorate significantly with age and remain flexible and abrasion resistant, thereby easily outlasting rubber and PVC type hoses.
Diving umbilicals in long, continuous lengths can be delivered. Standard lengths are 305m (1,000 ft.). Longer lengths are available upon request. The rugged abrasion resistant construction of Fibron diving umbilicals is ideal for surface supplied diving and can be incorporated with various electrical cables for compact, flexible diving umbilicals that are neutral or float in seawater.
Spiraling of diving umbilicals produces a unified flexible structure that allows components to realign when flexed, minimizing stresses induced by bending. No individual component is always on the inside or outside of the bend. This ensures the diving umbilicals are neither compressed nor stretched.
Note: Fittings and terminations are not included
Note: Umbilical lengths are subject to +/- 2% over/under to the quoted length.
Note: Australian Standards AS2299.1 3.13.6 requires that the minimum breaking strain of any potential load bearing component of a diver’s umbilical or lifeline shall be at least 6kn (600kg). The New Generation of Commercial Diving Helmet
D-ONE has been designed around the concept of modularity: One helmet shell to suit varying dive environments by means of interchangeable pods:
• Standard Pod for Air Diving
• Reclaim Pod for Air Diving in polluted/contaminated waters
• Rebreather & Reclaim Pod
For diving in contaminated waters, the helmet can be configured with a reclaim valve that prevents contact of the valve with polluted water. Coupled with a dry-suit and water shroud, the diver is effectively sealed off and protected from the surrounding environment
Incorporating the latest smart technology for increased safety, ergonomics and functionality, features unique
to D-ONE include:
Same shell reconfigured as Air, Reclaim or Rebreather by means of interchangeable pods
Wide-angled viewport for increased field of vision
30° rear-angled ergonomic design allowing upward-tilting neck motion
Anti-flood fail-safe donning, sealing & removal
Polyurethane gaskets for premium durability in the saline environment
Balanced Demand Regulator for smooth breathing
Integrated welding shield/hot water shroud/defogger
Integrated video camera & light
DRASS-patented remote diver monitoring for real-time tracking of breathing patterns, bail-out pressure, depth & inclination
Optimized spare parts for easy, safe maintenance
Camera
Compact and slim PAL video camera module, completed with a connectorized cable (Wetcon MCIL-4M), ready to be installed on top of Drass D-ONE diving helmet. It is the perfect companion of the helmet light. Maximum depth 300 msw. The camera features a high-resolution module with 850 TV lines in PAL standard (CVBS); the internal CCD sensor is a full-featured 1.3 Mpixel Sony: WDR (Wide Dynamic Range), 2D-DNR (Dynamic Noise Reduction), digital day&night. The CCD module has been specifically selected to ensure the best possible performances in diving activities, with low and uneven light levels. FOV (Field of View) is 90° in air and 80° in water. The camera is made with black anodized aluminum, and it has very limited dimensions: 147 mm length, 70 mm wide and only 50 mm height; moreover, the camera body is bent on the left so to perfectly align with the eyeline of the diver when installed on the D-ONE. Power supply is 24 Vdc, current consumption 80 mA @ 24 Vdc (2 W). To obtain the best signal quality, it is recommended to use a cable with 2xSTP, especially when the camera is used in conjunction with dimmable lights or other electromagnetically noisy devices – maximum recommended connection cable length is 100 meters. Each camera has its own SN and is subject to a complete FAT (functional test and pressure test at 47 bar) before delivery or installation on the helmet
Light
Compact and slim light module, completed with a connectorized cable (Wetcon MCIL-2M), ready to be installed on top of the Drass D-ONE diving helmet. It is the ideal companion for the helmet camera. Maximum depth 300 msw. The core of the light is a new high performance, round led cluster including 4 cool white leds, delivering a total of 940 lumens at full power. Color temperature Is cold white (5650 K typical). The led cluster is completed with a circular narrow beam optic with 10° aperture, capable to increase by more than 10 times the light intensity of the beam, so to be able to light even far spots - 4000 lux @ 1m typical intensity. The led cluster is supplied by and internal driver, which can be powered directly with a continuous 24 Vdc for maximum power (typical power 10W), or with a dimmed power to be able to control the light intensity from 0% to 100%. This is possible thanks to the capability of the driver to be controlled by means of PWM signals (Pulse-Width Modulation) in CV Mode (Constant Voltage) – ask Drass for details. The light is made with black anodized aluminum, and it has very limited dimensions: 143 mm length, 70 mm wide and only 50 mm height; moreover, the camera body is bent on the right so to perfectly align with the eyeline of the diver when installed on the D-ONE. Each light has its own SN and is subject to a complete FAT (functional test and pressure test at 47 bar) before delivery or installation on the helmet.
